Gluten Free Banana Bread
Bana Bread
- 200 g gluten free flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder, gluten free
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinches salt
- 75 g unsalted butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 --- eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 250 g banana (mashed)

- Method:
Preheat oven to 175⁰ and grease loaf tin,
In a bowl sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt,
In your TM6 bowl insert butterfly whisk - cream butter and sugar (or sweetener) 20sec speed 4,
Add one egg at a time through lid mix 10sec speed 4 (mix after each egg),
Add vanilla essence mix 5sec speed 4,
Remove butterfly whisk, add half the flour mixture and mix 10sec speed 4, add last of flour mixture and mashed bananas then mix 10sec speed 4,
Pour mixture into greased loaf tin top with a halved banana and bake for 50mins - or until skewer comes out clean. Remove from oven, leave to cool for 30mins before removing from loaf tin.
