Krystal4350: how much maple syrup did you use please?
Sub the sugar for maple syrup and it's delightfully fluffy!
I froze this cake and was just fine! As it de-frost in the microwave, came out a tiny little bit warm and we had it with vanilla ice-cream; it was very nice.
Thanks for sharing
Has anyone frozen this cake before? I want to bake one day then buttercream and fondant another?
Absolutely awesome. All my gluten free critics raved......
Hi, just wondering if anyone has successfully reduced the sugar content?
Was the best GF butter cake I've tried. I started to panic that I'd used regular flour instead of GF flour and had to double check. Will definitely be making this regularly.
A great cake recipe, I also used coconut oil and milk to keep it dairy free
Seriously this is the BEST GF cake I have ever tasted. Still so light and fluffy 24 hours later which is unheard of for GF cakes! Thanks so much for this recipe. Do you know if I could double it to pour into 2 cake tins?
This is the best GF cake recipe I've found!! Thanks so much for sharing. I made 12 cupcakes, baked them for 15 minutes - perfect!! You'd never guess they were GF!
