- 50g raw sugar

- 130g apple sauce, (from jar)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp Bi-carb soda
- 295g self-raising flour
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon

- Grease loaf tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper.
Preheat oven to 180C - Add raw sugar to bowl. Blitz for 5 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down sides.
- Add egg, bananas, apple sauce and bi-carb soda to bowl. Blitz for 10 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides
- Add Self-Raising Flour and cinnamon. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
