Ingredients
Condensed Milk
- 1000 g Milk
- 400 g raw sugar
- 25 g Butter
Fudge
- 500 g milk chocolate melts
- 200 g white chocolate melts
- 2 teaspoon orange essence
- few drops orange food colouring, (Or 1 drop red, 2 drops yellow)

Weigh milk, sugar and butter into TM jug.
Cook 45-50mins/Varoma/sp 4.5 with MC OFF and basket in place
Once condensed milk is finished pour 1/4 into a seperate bowl or second TM Jug.
With remaining 3/4 condensed milk in bowl add in milk chocolate buttons.
Combine 1min/ sp 3 or until smooth
Pour 3/4 of mixture into lined slice tray
Using remaining 1/4 of the condensed milk add 200g white chocolate, essence and colouring into a clean TM jug and mix on sp 3/30 secs or until smooth.
Place dollops of orange mixture onto chocolate base in container
Place dollops of reserved chocolate mixture on top as well
Using a knife swirl the two mixtures together to create a marble affect
Allow to cool
Slice at room temp

Tip
You can make this fudge any flavour you like using essence and colouring of your choice.
Eg. Peppermint essence and green colouring for a Choc Mint flavour

i have made this condensed milk, as i dont have uht on hand for that fast easy one and this worked well
These tasted great! Was quite soft to cut, even from the fridge & on baking paper. But hasn't stopped us enjoying them. Thank you!
I made this last night. Not sure what I did wrong, but the 'condensed milk' boiled over, so I had to turn it down to 100c. Maybe I should have cooked it much longer at lower heat, to reduce it more.
