Ingredients

Doughnut Mixture

  • 145 grams almonds
  • 1.5 tablespoons xylitol
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Ganache

  • 50 grams 85% dark chocolate
  • 50 grams cream

Recipe's preparation

    Doughnut Mixture
  1. Blitz Almonds 5 seconds speed 9. Scrape sides. Repeat. Set aside.

  2.  Add xylitol, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla essence to mixer bowl. Mix 10 seconds speed 6. Scrape down sides.

  3. Add almond meal and baking powder. Mix 8 seconds, reverse, speed 3.

  4. Grease doughnut maker with butter or coconut oil. Follow instructions on your doughnut maker. I used a mini doughnut maker and made 15 and heated them for about 1 minute.

  5. Ganache
  6. 1.) Blitz chocolate 5 seconds speed 7.

    2.) Add cream and mix 1 minute, speed 3, 37 degrees (keep checking to make sure it's not too hot)

    3.) Spread onto doughnuts.

Please note I'm not sure how accurate my fitness pal is but it gives you a rough idea. One of these doughnuts is completely satisfying.
