- 500 g Self Raising Flour plus extra for shaping, Can use Gluten Free self raising
- 300 g cream, Can use Lactose Free OR Lite Cream
- 250 g Lemonade

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven 220
2. Line a baking tray with baking/parchement paper
3. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
4. "Dough mode" /20 seconds. If dough too sticky more flour can be added to get desired dough consistency. CAREFUL NOT TO OVER KNEAD.
5. Turn out dough onto floured board.
6. Roll dough out and cut using cold knife or scone cutter.
7. Arrange close together on the baking tray & bake until golden brown approx 12 minutes.
8. Serve with Jam & Cream.
Store in an airtight container.
Tip
DO NOT over knead scone dough, this causes scones to be rock hard.
Once cooled, can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
Scones can be frozen.
Additional ingredients can be added before kneading. EG. 1 cup of sultanas at step 3.
