Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place raw sugar, milo & cornflour into mixing bowl & mill for 10sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    2. Add remaining ingredients into mixing bowl & cook 7 min/90 degrees/speed 4.

    3. Remove custard from mixing bowl into 8 small containers.

    4. Place lids on containers then pop containers in the refrigerator once cool for at least 2 hours to chill. Serve when cold.

Tip

The custard can be placed into a large bowl & covered with glad wrap. (cover directly onto custard with cling wrap if you don't want skin to form).

A perfect replacement for children who can't have the bought version or if your on a budget a delicious cheaper version.

These are a perfect dairy/lactose free option.

They can also be placed in the freezer for a yummy frozen treat.

Can also be made using regualr milk, oat milk, rice milk or even almond milk.

Delicious, loved by kids and non dairy free in laws. Used 8 egg yolks instead of 4 eggs (using up pavlova leftovers) Will make again 🙂
