Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 95 g honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 100 g rolled oats
- 150 g sultanas
- 100 g dried apricots, chopped, (or other dried fruit of choice)
- 30 g Sunflower Kernels
- 60 g bran cereal
- 45 g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 60 g Milk

Melt butter, honey and sugar at 100 degrees, 3 mins, speed 2.
Add all dry ingredients and combine for 2 mins, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting" .
Add egg & milk through lid and combine for 1-2 mins, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting" .
Press into a greased and lined lamington tin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Once cooled, cut into slices.
Tip
You can replace brown sugar with rapadura and use any dried fruit you like.
I also used a cereal mix that had bran, bran flakes and some dried apple.
