Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, cut
- 2 eggs
- 60 gram coconut oil
- 110 gram honey
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
- 30 gram Cacao
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Flour, (18 gram)

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a baking tray (approx. 15 x 25cm) with coconut oil or line it with greased baking paper.
Add sweet potato to bowl. Grate on speed 5, 6 secs.
Add eggs, vanilla, honey and coconut oil, mix speed 5, 5 secs or until well combined.
Add cacao, baking powder, bicarb soda and coconut flour. Mix speed 5, 5 secs, or until well combined.
Pour into prepared baking tray.
Bake in oven for 25-30 mins.
Remove from oven and cool for 5mins before removing. Cut into squares.

Hi Can you tell the size of the sweet potato? They vary so much
