TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Question-when it says heat oven to 160c, is that applicable to a fan forced oven?
I never know whether to just do the stated temp in the recipes or 20c cooler.
Not a comment but a question. How does this go the next day? I'm looking for Christmas inspiration, something I can do in advance.
jjgrey2711: Thats great that you all love it. Its definitely a favourite in my household too 😊🙌
Dizee82: ohhh I like the sound of that combo! I will have to try it out 😋
SalmonElla: My dollops look different every time I make it, so I am glad you kept going with it. And you're totally allowed to have the first taste being the cook and all. I hope it was enjoyed by everyone 😊
This was delicious! I used cherries instead of raspberries.
Will definitely make again!!
This slice is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. My family love it 😍
Nice one, I was a bit worried at some stage because my dollops and raspberry looked way runnier than in your picture. But it turned out okay. Just had a sneaky bit of the still warm slice and it's yummy. I am sure it will be a hit at work tomorrow.
