Ingredients
Rhubarb Slice
- 50 g Butter
- 70 g sugar, (can be substituted for coconut sugar.
- 30 g Rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 egg
- 60 g almond meal
- 60 g almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 rhubarb stalks

Preheat Oven to 200 degrees & line pie tray with baking powder.
Place Almonds in TM bowl. Chop 4 seconds / speed 5. (set aside)
Add Butter, Sugar, Rice Malt Syrup & Vanilla to TM bowl.
Melt for 3 mins / 50 degrees / speed 2.
Add Egg, Almond Meal, Chopped Almonds (30g), & Baking Powder.
Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds / speed 3.
Pour mixture into tin.
Sprinkle mixture with rhubarb pieces, reserved chopped almonds & remaining coconut sugar.
Bake in oven for 30 mins.
