COCONUT FLOUR EGGS HONEY COCONUT OIL COCONUT MILK VANILLA EXTRACT BAKING SODA APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP Coconut Flour
- 6 eggs
- 6 tbsp Raw Honey
- 6 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Combine Coconut Flour and eggs "Closed lid" Speed 4 for 15 seconds (until smooth)
Add the rest of the ingredients "Closed lid" Speed 5 for 30 seconds
Place into muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Tip
I use baking paper in the muffin tray instead of cupcake cups as I find the coconut flour sticks too much
