  • 4 tbsp golden syrup, or alternative
  • 170 gram raw sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 260 grams Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Grease tin or muffin tins and line with baking paper or cupcake cases.

    Add ingredients,

    1st the Bananas, Golden syrup then the sugar.

    Mix on speed 2 for 20 seconds.

    Add other ingredients, then mix for 20 seconds on speed 4. then put into tin/trays etc.

    cook for approx 30 mins or when cooked through. less time if making muffins.
    This recipe can be Gluten free with Gluten free flour & less sugar or a Golden syrup alternative.

     

     

Tip

Can be adapted & iced or walnuts dates etc added or made into cakes/muffins etc.

    I use maple syrup and throw dark chocolate chips in at the end for a special treat. Delicious!

    This looks like my recipe only you've changed the name and quantitys. Its even my picture & has my additions underneath.
