Ingredients

  • 230 g white rice, (can use Brown)
  • 190 g tapioca flour
  • 130 g buckwheat
  • 2 heaped tablespoons linseed
  • 1 heaped tablespoons xanthum gum, (can ues Guar gum)
  • 1 sachet instant yeast
  • 1 heaped teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g Olive or Macadamia Oil
  • 40 g Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 450 g Very warm Water
  • 1 level tablespoons Apple Cidar Vinegar, (can use Lemon Juice)

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Mill Rice, Buckwheat and Linseed Speed 10 for 2 minutes

  2. 2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix on Speed 6 for 5 Seconds

  3. 3. Add the wet ingredients and mix on Speed 6 for 10-15 seconds

        Press reverse once or twice to combine

  4. 4. Pour wet mixture into two baking trays and leave to rest in a warm   

        place for 1 hour. ie: The microwave is a great place for rising

  5. 5. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees
