Recipe's preparation

  1. Kettle"Kettle" 1. Put the blanced/slivered almonds into the clean bowl. Mix for 15 seconds, starting at speed 5 and slowly progressing to speed 7 and then 10.
  2. 2. Set the time and start at speed 5. When a few seconds pass, move the speed to speed 7. Let a few seconds pass and then move the speed selector again to 10 and leave it until the desired consistency.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
