Porridge ingredients
- 1/4 cup --- Five Mixed rolled grains, Oats, Wheat, Barley, Rye, rice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Linseeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 dates, pitted
- 1 apple (quatered)
- 1 banana

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and mill 8-9 secs - speed 8.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add 300ml either water or milk.
(I use whey that has been strained from my Kefir Yoghurt)
Cook for 9 mins- 90 degrees - speed 3.
Serve with yoghurt or milk.
Method
Tip
Other fruit can be added to serve such as Prunes or berries.
