Dough
- 90 grams warm water
- 1 sachet dried yeast
- 100 grams rice
- 100 grams Corn Flour
- 120 grams Tapioca
- 2 teaspoons xatham or guar gum
- 50 grams Milk
- 20 grams vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon apple puree

Add the yeast to the warm water in a mug and set aside
Add rice to thermomix and grind for 45 seconds on speed 9 until it is a fine flour
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4 to combine
Add the wet ingredients (including the yeast mixture) and mix for 5 seconds on speed 6 to combine
Knead for 2 minutes
Place dough in a covered bowl in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
Use a floured surface to roll flat
Place onto greased pizza tray and add topping of you choice. Bake in 180 preheated oven until cooked
