60g roasted cashews
- 70 g almonds
- 3 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 heaped tablespoons Goji Berries
- 3 heaped tablespoons pepitas
- 4 heaped tablespoons Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoons Unrefined coconut oil
- 2 heaped tablespoons cacao power
- 3 heaped tablespoons Protein Powder of your Choice
- 3 heaped tablespoons Smooth peanut butter
- 20 Fresh pitted medjool dates
- 100 g Favourite chocolate powder ( I used Cadbury drinking choc)

Place all ingredients except the 100g choc powder into thermomix
1 minute on speed 9
Roll them into your ideal size then roll in the choc powder
If its too wet add more protein if too dry add more honey

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
