- Bahan cake:
12 sdm tepung terigu
25 gram cokelat bubuk
9 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
200 ml air
2 sdm minyak sayur
Bahan krim:
50 gr DCC (cokelat masak)
100 gr whipped cream bubuk
200 ml air es
Topping:
meses cokelat
Cara Membuat
Ayak dan campurkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, baking powder, baking soda, dan vanili.
Larutkan gula ke dalam air. Tuang larutan gula sedikit demi sedikit ke adonan kering sambil diaduk hingga tidak ada yang bergerindil. Tuang minyak, aduk rata lagi.
Panaskan kukusan. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang persegi, kukus selama 25-30 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan dan keluarkan dan loyang.4. Untuk krim, lelehkan cokelat di atas air mendidih. Biarkan suhunya turun.
Mixer whipped cream dengan air es hingga kaku. Tuang cokelat cair yang sudah suhu ruang, aduk rata.
Siapkan wadah mika untuk dessert box, potong-potong cake, tata silih berganti dengan krim hingga penuh dan terakhir beri krim dan topping meses di atasnya.
