  • 100 grams pitted prunes
  • 200 grams dry Marsala
  • 55 grams raw sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place prunes and marsala in small bowl and leave to soak for 1 hour.

    Strain marsala from prunes and set both aside.

    Place sugar and lemon zest in TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9. 

    Add lemon jucie and marsala and cook for 5 minutes on 100C on speed 1.

    Return prunes to syrup.

     

Tip

The prunes are very simple and will keep for a few weeks.  They are delicious added on top of vanilla icecream, custard, cheesecake, puddings etc.
