There are no temperatures on this recipe?
If I open it on my phone there are?
Very disappointed, did not set
Did not turn out like fudge. Tasted nice but was more like soft caramel toffee
Followed the recipe and it didn't set enough to cut into slices. I feel like it should be placed on baking paper so it can be removed from the tin easier. I also had caramel goo. TASTED AMAZING THOUGH!!
Made this but halved ingredients as needed to use half tin of condensed milk up from another recipe. Reduced cooking times by about 20%. Also didn't have white chocolate so used milk chocolate melts! Still tastes pretty good!!!!!!
Also followed this recipe, and fudge has not set. I have caramel goo!
Followed these instructions to a T using 100 deg and the fudge did not set.
It didn't set for me. Took several microwave boils to get close! Taste was fantastic though. I rolled it in coconut to keep it from sticking together, delicious.
Temp at 100, sorry for the delay in my response
