Ingredients

Sesame dressing

  • 3 level tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 level teaspoons brown rice miso paste
  • 4 level teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 level teaspoon coconut nectar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 heaped teaspoons Onion powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 pinch mustard powder

Brown rice bowl

  • 2 stalks Celery, roughly chopped
  • 2 large carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 shallots or small onions, roughly chopped
  • 6 shitake mushroom, fresh, diced
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted if you prefer
  • 4 tablespoons shredded yaki nori seaweed
  • 1 cooked brown rice, 1 cup, cooked in TM31

Recipe's preparation

    Dressing
  1. Put garlic in the bowl for 2-3 seconds on speed 7

    Add all other ingredients, mix for 10 seconds on speed 6

    Pour into a small container/bottle

  2. Rice Bowl
  3. Put celery, carrots, shallots & coriander into bowl with 1/2v of the dressing, chop for 1-2 sec on speed 5

    Add rice, sesame seeds and mushrooms.  Mix with Tm spatular.

    Spoon onto platter and drizzle the remaining dressing over the top.  Sprinkle with seaweed, more sesame seeds and garnish with coriander.
