Ingredients
Caramilk Cheesecake
- 250 grams Marie biscuits, Crushed
- 125 grams Butter, Room temp
- 750 grams cream cheese, Room temp
- 360 grams Caramilk Chocolate, Melted
- 3/4 to taste white sugar, Cups
- 180 g thickened cream, Mix with butterfly
- 2 level teaspoons gelatin, Dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
- portions Caramilk, Grated

- Add 250gms digestive biscuits to TM 6secs/spd9
Add 125g butter (softened) 6secs/spd4
Press into 22cm spring form pan and set aside in fridge whilst prepare filling - Filling
Insert butterfly whisk.
Add philly and sugar speed 4 until smooth
Scrape down sides and repeat
Add gelatine mixture, melted chocolate and cream and mix 20-30 secs spd4
Pour over top of base with aid of spatula.
Refrigerate for 15 mins, then evenly spoon extra grated chocolate on top.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight - Put the gelatine mix in a small bowl and place the small bowl in a larger bowl filled with boiling water, will help dissolve it.

Can melt chocolate in thermomix. Break in small pieces and turn to speed 7 until grated. 2 mins 50deg speed 1
i also don't add as much sugar
