Ingredients

Caramilk Cheesecake

  • 250 grams digestive biscuit
  • 90 grams Butter, Room temp
  • 500 grams Caramilk philly, Room temp
  • 180 grams Caramilk Chocolate, Melted
  • 3/4 white sugar, Cups
  • 300 grams thickened cream, Lightly whipped or use dollop cream
  • 2 level teaspoons gelatin, Dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
  • Caramel popcorn & sauce for dressing

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Add 250gms digestive biscuits to TM 6secs/spd9

    Add 90gms butter 6secs/spd4

    Press into 22cm spring form pan and set aside
  2. Filling

    Add philly and sugar 40secs/spd 8
    Scrape down sides and repeat

    Add gelatine mixture, melted chocolate and cream and mix 40secs/spd8

    Pour over top of base with aid of spatula

    Refrigerate for 3 hours

    Top with your choice of goodies or non at all I have used caramel popcorn and drizzled caramel sauce over the top.

Tip

I put the caramilk chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 30secs to melt
