I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

    Balls
  1. Mill pumpkin and sunflower seeds at speed 9 for 10 seconds.

  2. Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix at speed 5 for 10 seconds

  3. Roll into balls and roll them in dessicated coconut and refrigerate.

Tip

The reason I invented these bliss balls was to find something that was healthy and
fun for the kids to take for school lunch box treats. As schools are now nut free I
was struggling to find ways for the kids to have protein during the day.
Because the seeds are milled and mixed with everything else there is no way of
knowing they are in there tmrc_emoticons.)

These are so good! I used a few cashews as I didn't have enough sunflower seeds and they were absolutely amazing. I'm about to make a second batch - my 20 month old son is obsessed!

Delicious with 75g of dark chocolate chips added. And I rolled the kids bliss balls in 100's & 1000's! They'll never know

I'm on a health kick....again.... and made these so that if I get a craving for something sweet I could have something healthy. These were dead easy and very nice. I will experiment and add some apricot and dried apple too. Anyone know what the caloric value of these might be? Thanks for sharing!!

FINALLY a child-approved bliss ball! I changed it a little but only to what we had in the pantry. I used organic dried apricots instead of cranberries, 100g almonds and 50g each of cashews and sunflower seeds - awesome, thanks!

Wonderful bites of yumminess. Will definitely make them again. I added cacao powder instead of te vanilla and they worked wonderfully.
