- 400ml can coconut cream
- 20grams arrowroot flour (topioca starch)
- 1 level tablespoon honey
- 250-300 gr Frozen Strawberries

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl except the berries. Cook on 100 degrees/7 mins/speed 4.
When the custard is done divide the berries evenly between 4 pretty serving cups or martini glasses. Pour the hot custard over and serve immediately.
Tip
Adjust sweetness to taste.
