- 10 g Puffed rice, gluten free
- 50 g toasted almonds, Chopped
- 100 g Cherries, glace
- 20 g Coconut, shredded
- 250 g cocoa powder
- 50 g Butter

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Grease a 20cm square cake tin and line with baking paper
2. put the marshmellows, puffed rice, almonds, cherries and coconut into a bowl and mix to combine.
3. Add Cocoa and Butter to Tm bowl and cook for 4 min/50deg/ speed 3.
4. then place marshmellow mixture into the square tin and pour over the chocolate sause and put into fridge to set.
