Recipe's preparation

    instructions
  1. Step 1.

I used 3 tupperware ramikins in the varoma but you could use silicon cupcake moulds if you prefer.

    Step 2.

Lightly grease the ramikins or moulds and pour golden syrup into bases of the ramikins and set aside.

    Step 3.

Peel a piece of lemon skin off of lemon and place into thermomix 20 secs speed 9, then again for 10 sec speed 9.

    Step 4.

Add  butter and sugar mix together for 40 - 60 secs on speed 5.

    Step 5.

Add in eggs one at a time on speed 3.

    Step 6.

Add in milk and flour alternatively using speed 5.

    Step 7.

Spoon mixture evenly into ramikins or cupcake moulds and place into varoma and place varoma onto thermomix speed 2 and varoma temp - when using the tupperware ramikins these took around 30mins however if you use the cupcake moulds I'd give them about 20 mins.

    Step 8.

Once skewer comes out clean puddings are ready.

    Step 9.

Tip upside down into bowl and drizzle with extr golden syrup and serve with vanilla ice cream or custard.

    Step 10.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I didn't have small enough ramikens to fit, so I just steamed it in a bowl making sure that it didn't cover all the holes in the Verona. Added another 5min as was a little runny in the middle. Was yummy and will be making it again 😍

These are DELICIOUS!!!!! Such a quick easy dessert!! I used ceramic ramikins and they took 30mins. I also used my butterfly for steps 4 onwards. They were so light and fluffy!! Super delicious, super easy!!!
