Ingredients

Kath's Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 600ml Thickened Cream, Cold
  • 1 egg, Separated
  • 200 grams milk chocolate, Cadbury Dairy Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Step 1.

    Heat a Clean empty TM bowl 30 secs/ 50C / sp1
  2. Step 2

    Separate egg

    Insert butterfly into TM bowl

    Place egg white into Mixng bowl without MC whip 3 MINS /Speed 4

    Transfer stiff egg white to a bowl and set aside .

    Remove butterfly, Clean and dry TM bowl well.
  3. Step 3

    In a clean and very dry TM bowl add broken up chocoloate pieces and chop 10 secs/ sp 7

    Srape down sides and Melt 3 mins/ 37C / speed 2

    Transfer to a bowl and set aside
  4. Step 4

    Add butterfuly to the TM bowl

    Place cream in the TM bowl whip 20 secs/ speed 4 until stiffen but not stiff peaks

    Add egg yolk, melted chocolate and beaten egg white and Mix 10sec / reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2

    Scrape down sides and if necessary mix another 10 secs / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 2

    dont let cream curdle.

    Place in bowl refrigerate and serve cold with a few strawberries

Tip

Watch the cream as you whip it or it will curdle in next to no time
