Recipe's preparation

    Pine Lime Splice Sorbet
  1. Mill the zest of lime and sugar for 20 secs sp9.

Scrap down sides then Add all fruit and blend for 20sec sp6.

Add coconut milk, Midori and Ice and blend for 1min Sp 9.

Tip

I have also frozen the coconut milk into an Ice cube tray and added it as normal when you add the Ice. This works well in Summer as it doesn't melt as fast.

By just adding the coconut milk straight from the tin gives more of a slushy or frozen cocktail consistence. It's your choice both are the same flavour....Yummo.  Enjoy.  X

Yum! Worked perfectly and was so delicious. I froze the leftovers then blended them the next night for a lovely granita.
