Protein Balls

  • 330 g raw whole almonds
  • 60 g Protein Powder
  • 16 --- Dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Balls
  1. Throw almonds, cinnamon, protein powder, & cocoa in TM31 bowl and process until crumbly, approx 5 seconds on speed 8.

    Then add dates, vannilla and approx 35g of water and process for approx 5 seconds on speed 7 or 8 until the mixture comes together.

    Roll 1 tbsp amounts into balls and roll in coconut.

    Store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

    I made them this afternoon. I had to add a bit more water to make them combine. They taste nice and great for adding protein to my diet to help stabilize by blood sugars. Thank you. I also added chia seeds to the combination.
