Ingredients

Raw Base

  • 160 grams raw almonds
  • 50 grams Shredded coconut
  • 70 grams coconut oil
  • 175 grams Pitted medjool dates
  • pinch salt

Chocolate Filling

  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 100 grams Maple syrup
  • 65 grams cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste OR almond nut butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Making the Base:

    Melt coconut oil in TM bowl 2min/50c/speed3Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

     

    Add remaining base ingredients to the TM bowl and chop 3sec/turbo speed. Repeat if necessary.

     

    Spoon base mixture into paper case lined muffin tray. Press down and make shallow cup bases.

     

    Place in freezer for 30 minutes.

     

    Making the Filling:

    Melt coconut oil in TM bowl 2min/50c/speed3Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

     

    Insert butterfly, add remaining ingredients and mix 20sec/Speed 3

     

    Remove bases from freezer and spoon in the filling.

     

    Sprinkle a little shredded coconut on top of each.

     

    Refridgerate for at least one hour

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
