Recipe's preparation

    Panna Cotta
  1. 1. Put the cream, milk, vanilla and sugar into TM Bowl.

    Mix and heat at 9 min/90degC/Speed 3.

  2. 2. Prepare the Gelatin by placing 2 tablespoons of water into a small   cup with the gelatin powder and place the cup in another heat proof container with boiling water in it (like a double boiler).

Stir the gelatin until disolved and set aside keeping it in the double boiler until needed shortly.

  3. 3. Place the white chocolate pieces into TM Bowl and let sit for about 1 minute.

    Mix 3 min/90degC/Speed 4.

At about the 2 minute mark slowly pour in the prepared gelatin while still mixing.

  4. 4. Pour into moulds and refridgerate at least 5 hours.

  5. 5. To release from moulds have a bowl of hot water on hand and a teatowel. I run a knife around the edge of the mould to release from the sides then dip the whole mould into hot water for a few seconds. Turn upside down on the plate you are serving on, gently squeezing the mould until it releases. Repeat the hot wter dip if being a bit stubborn. I use the teatowel to wipe the mould after it has been in the water so as not to drip any water on the plate.

  6. 6. Serve with your desired sauce and or fruit etc.

I like to serve with balsamic strawberries and an individual pot of chocolate sauce.

  7. Chocolate Sauce
  8. Place the coarsly chopped dark chocolate into TM Bowl and grate 5-10 sec/speed8

Place the cream into Bowl and cook 4 min/50degC/speed3.

Pour into individual pots and serve with panna cotta.

Tip

I like to serve with Balsamic strawberries and individual pots of hot chocolate sauce.

Thankyou for this recipe it turned out beautifully, I didn't have white chocolate so I used milk chocolate for the Panna Cotta and the sauce. It was so smooth and tasted amazing. I have a TM5 and it still turned out perfect tmrc_emoticons.)

Smooth and really creamy. I made it without the chocolate sauce and my only complaint was that on its own, you really couldn't taste the white chocolate - mostly just tasted like a smooth cream. Would be tempted to add more chocolate next time (but wouldn't want to affect the texture which was perfect). Easy.
