Custard
- 100 g Yummy Delight, (pistachio, almond, dried cranberries and white chocolate)
- to taste sugar, (optional because already sweet with the white chocolate)
- 2 eggs, + 1 egg yole
- 50 g baking flour, or 30g corn flour (for gluten free)
- 500 g full cream milk
- 1 teaspoon natural almond flavouring extract
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

Add all remaining ingredients and cook 7min/90°/speed 4
Custard
Tip
This custard texture is a bit liquide when hot. It's getting better when you cool it down but it will give you a creamy texture but not too sick. That's how I like my custard!
For me, the Yummy Delight give this custard enought sugar and I don't think you need some extra depend on your test!!
