    Preparing your smoothie
  1. Add all dry ingredients and dates to TM bowl and mill 20 seconds  / speed 10.

    Add frozen coconut milk, frozen banana and water and blend 1 minute / speed 10.

Tip

Can replace frozen coconut milk with ice or coconut water and add coconut milk or coconut water in as the liquid component.
