- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 lebanese cucumber, chopped
- 120 g ice cube
- 80 g water

Peel orange and lime
Cut apple into quarters
Remove skin from ginger
Add all ingredients into the TM and blend on speed 9 for 1 minute.
Smoothie preparation
Tip
Add more or less water depending on preferences in relation to consistency. Water can also be replaced with Coconut Water if preferred.
