I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add Brown Sugar and Water to bowl. Cook sp3, varoma, 3mins measuring cap OFF. The mixture needs to cook for 1 minute once varoma temp is reached, so adjust time accordingly. 2. Add remaining butterscotch sauce ingredients, mix for 30 seconds on sp 2.5. 3. Set aside to cool.
1. Scrape down sauce from side of bowl. Insert Butterfly. Ensure the bowl has also cooled down (no temp lights on). Add cream, and 4 tablespoons of cooled butterscotch sauce. Sp4 for 30 secs, or until thickened.
Add 1/4 cup of butterscotch sauce with 1/4 cup of creaming soda in a cup, mix to combine. Top up cup until approx 3/4 full with additional creaming soda. Add a good dollop of whipped cream and serve.

Tip
We used the large size disposable cups when we made this. I recommend larger cups, or if using smaller ones, don't add as much butterscotch sauce. If you have a slushie machine, this tastes even better frozen. Inspired after visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida.
