My apologies - I had listed the instructions for the Bechamel Sauce from either the Everyday Cookbook or Basic Cookbook - I have changed the instructions - hope this is clearer to follow.
This is a recipe I make a lot - I have tweaked the instructions - hope this helps.
My rice still wasnt cooked after 25min? Maybe not varoma but put it on 100degrees instead get more heat through rice?
This recipe is very muddled up. Doing it right now for a "quick" friday night dinner...not so quick!
In your Preparation, you mention
“Place milk, flour, softened butter and salt into mixing bowl and cook 7mins/90degrees/speed 4. “
Where do these Ingredients come from and what proportions?
They are not mentioned in your ingredients list.
Are they for the Béchamel Sauce you say to find in the cookbooks?
Do you add these ingredients to the water you’ve just cooked your rice in?
Also do you drain the Salmon?
I may know the answers but do the other readers?
