    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

    Okay,
I went all out on this one, with the best fresh fish available to me (Barramundi) and the most expensive potatoes on the market (Kipfler) & went all out on the cheese using a vintage tasty. I halved the stock (after all the comments warned that it was too salty), I cooked the first pass for 45 min (not 30, again because of the comments). The result was amazing, what a great dish, thanks for sharing it.
I did not chuck veges into the mix, I varoma'ed and served them seperately.
It was perfect for the dinner party I was throwing on such a cold Autumn night!

This was tasty, but too salty, and we had to keep it in much longer as the fish didn't cook. Still, I'll try it again with less salt and allow more cooking time

Made this using the TM31. Was good. Used sweet potatoes instead and less amount. I think sweet potatoes needs longer to cook as it wasn't cooked in 30mins. Served with carrots and snow peas.Taste great! Thanks for sharing  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Quick and easy - we had this with a heap of frozen veges for a quick midweek meal. Whole family liked it (1yr and 4yr old kids) but my potatoes went a funny grey/black kinda colour once cooked (still tasted good)?

This is comfort food, perfect for the kids. Mine devour it and there's enough for leftovers the next day which keeps getting better. Simple and yummy. Thanks!
