It takes a lot to make tuna in spring water taste delicious but this salad was really beautiful. I tweaked it a bit, added some chilli & substituted 25g of pepita/sunflower seeds instead of the sesame seeds. Mainly just to add extra iron, zinc & magnesium, but they added some nutty crunch. Well done on this recipe! Definitely a keeper.

Beautiful salad! Only change I made was substituting toasted sesame seeds with 1tsp of sesame oil.

I really liked this salad too and will be making it again.  I only made the dressing in the TM and chopped the salad ingredients by hand to retain some chunkiness.  I added toasted cashews. Thanks for sharing.

Delicious. The ingredients all taste fantastic together. You could add a little bit of chilli if you wanted I think.

I will ill defintly be making this a lot for a quick fresh lunch
