- 1 fillets whole fish, gutted, cleaned
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 pieces garlic, cut into 3 cm
- 14 stalks coriander
- 1 level tbsp lemon
- 1 red onion
- 25 stalks herbs
- 1000 g water

- Wash, descale and gut fish, pat dry.
Add all ingriedients except water into mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/ speed 4
Transfer to small bowl, then stuff fish.
place 10000g water in mixing bowl. place fish in Varoma and cook 15-25 mins /Varoma speed 0.5
Serve with Kiwi Raita and Frenesian slaw
