Ingredients
Beef Rissoles
- 500 grams Beef mince
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs, dried
- 50 grams bread crumbs, (made in thermomix using frozen bread)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15 grams Worcestershire sauce
- 15 grams soy sauce
- Salt & Pepper optional

Make breadcrumbs by breaking frozen bread in to pieces and chopping for 10 sec speed 6. Set aside
Chop garlic and onion 4 sec speed 7
Combine all ingredients, including breadcrumbs and mix 8 sec speed 6
Roll in to balls and cover with plain flour
Cook in fry pan or on BBQ

Fantastic recipe
These rissoles are delicious and very similar to the ones I make pre-Thermomix. I added one carrot to the first step and I also added 1Tb sweet chilli sauce.
Delicious. I added carrot and some zucchini then baked in the oven as everyone else suggested for 30 minutes on 180° Drizzled with olive oil.
Delicious, I added sweet chilli sauce and a touch of chilli powder instead of BBQ sauce because I didn't have any..thanks for sharing!

Lovely moist rissoles
I made these for a BBQ on the weekend and they were delicious! Everybody loved them, they went like hot cakes!! My husband said the best I've ever made. Thanks for the yummy recipe, will definitely make them again
