Ingredients

Chicken and Leek with Rice or made into a pie

  • 1 --- leek, roughly sliced
  • 1/2 --- carrot
  • 1/2 --- zuchini, brocolli, peas or snow peas
  • 1 cup --- corn kernels
  • 30 grams garlic infused oil
  • 500 grams chicken
  • 200ml --- cream
  • 75ml water
  • 1 tablespoon TM stock
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Recipe's preparation

    Chicken and Leek with Rice or made into a pie
  1. 1. chop leek, carrot, and zuchini - place in TM and chop for 3 secs on 5

    2. scrape down sides of bowl and pour in the oil cook for 3 mins on 100 speed 1

    3. Add chicken diced and cook for 2 mins at 100 on reverse soft speed

    4 Add stock, cream, water and cook for a further 10 mins at 100, reverse soft speed.

    5. Add corn, conrflour and cook for 3 mins, varoma, reverse soft speed. mc off.

    I then put into oven with puff pastry as a crust for 10 mins on 180. 

    It would also compliment steamed rice.
