- 40 g wholegrain mustard
- 20 g Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp turmeric, Ground
- 2 tbsp Veg Stock Paste (EDC)
- 60 g honey
- 30 g flour
- 100 g water
- 1 can coconut cream
- Frozen Mixed Vegies
- 30 g olive oil

Put onion in TM and chop 3sec Speed6. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add Oil and sauté 2min 100deg Speed1
Add Turmeric and flour and stir 3sec speed 4
Add water and cook 1min 70deg speed1
Add chicken, stock, mustard & honey and cook 5min 100deg "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Add cream & mixed Vegies and cook 15mins 100deg "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Tip
Serve with rice &/or vegies
