Do you use a loaf tin or a large tin a form the meatloaf into a loaf?

    # Use any just make sure there's about 3 to 4 cm around all sides for the bbq to sit

I've been cooking with this recipe for over 30 years it's the only one my kids will eat. If you want to jazz it up a bit put cross marks on the top. Another way is to wrap it in rindless middle bacon fat on.

This is amazing!! I added carrot, zucchini and mushroom with the onion. Also included bacon with the first lot of mince. When it came to the sauce I left out the coffee. Will make again and again!! Thank you

I used Decaf coffee the second time I made this as I was a little bit concerned with giving that much cafeine to my daughter (2yo) at dinner time. It tasted just the same with Decaf!! It is an awesome recipe

Really delicious - big hit with the family. I had so much sauce though - have put the leftover sauce in the freezer and will use it to simmer small meatballs. Thanks for sharing!
