Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 70 g bread, approx 2 toast slices
- 2 brown onions
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 500 g Beef mince
- 500 g sausage meat
- 45 g curry powder
- 1 egg
- 110 g Milk
- 110 g water
- salt
- pepper, ground
BBQ Sauce
- 110 g water
- 110 g tomato sauce
- 55 g Worcestershire sauce
- 30 g vinegar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g lemon juice
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules

- Add torn bread to the bowl and chop 2 seconds, speed 7.
Pop in a bowl to the side. - Place onions (halved) and parsley into the the bowl and chop 5 seconds, speed 5.
- Add bread back into the bowl with the onions and parsley along with the mince, sausage meat, curry powder, egg, milk, water and salt & pepper to taste.
- Knead on dough mode for 1 minute with the spatula to help.
- Line a baking tray or large slice tin with baking paper and shape your mixture into a log. Place into the oven and bake for 30 mins.
- Put water, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice and coffee into the bowl.
- Cook for 6 minutes on Varoma - set aside until the meatloaf is ready.
- After 30 mins of cooking drain off any fat/liquid from the meatloaf and pour over your BBQ sauce mixture.
- Put the meatloaf back into the oven for 45 mins (basting every 15 minutes if you want to)
- Slice and serve with the extra sauce poured over each slice. Enjoy!
