Place parsley in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. Set aside.Add garlic into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7. Add butter and cook for 1 minute at 100 on speed 1.Add prawns and cook for 4 minutes at 100
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 0.5-1.Add cream and parsley and stir through for 30 seconds at 80 "Counter-clockwise operation" 
"Gentle stir setting" Cook steak using bbq or frypan
