Ingredients
Sweet & Sour Meatballs
- 1 --- onion, cut in half
- 1 --- Carrott, cut into thirds
- 500 g Beef mince
- 500 g sausage meat
- 40 g tomato sauce
- 40 g soy sauce
- 1 level tsp Mixed Herbs
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g water
- 40 g cornflour
- 40 g soy sauce
- 130 g malt vinegar
- 1 can pineapple pieces

- Place Onion and Carrott into mixing bowl"Closed lid"
"No counter-clockwise operation" 2 seconds on speed 5.
Scrape down the bowl, repeat if needed. - Add Mince and Sausage meat."Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 4, with the aid for the spatual through the lid hole. Repeat if needed.
- Add in Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce, Mixed Herbs, Rolled Oats.
Reverse speed 5 with aid of the spatula.
Mix with Spatula to finish off, if need. - Spray Varoma and Tray with some oil.
Roll meat into small balls, and fill Varoma and Tray. - Add in 1000g of water into mixing bowl "Closed lid"
Add on the Varoma and Set to 10min / Varoma / Speed 3.
Check meatballs, and steam further on varoma, if needed. - Transfer into Thermo Server when finished cooking to keep warm.
- Place Sugar, Water, Cornflour, Soy Sauce, Malt Vinegar into mixing bowl.
- Cook 8min / 100 / speed 2
Place simmering basket on top - Add in the tin of Pineapple.
Cook 4 min / 100 / "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 with simmering basket on top.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
