- 1 brown onion, quartered
- 1 garlic clove
- 350 g mushrooms
- 30 g Butter, chopped
- 500 g Beef
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine, or sherry, port...
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp beef stock paste
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 250 g sour cream

- 1. Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
2. Add butter and mushrooms. Saute for 3 minutes on Varoma on speed 1.
3. Add beef, flour, salt and pepper to the TM bowl. If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
