Ingredients
Green curry sauce
- 120 g Thai Green Curry Paste
- 4 leaves Kaffir lime leaf
- 800 g coconut milk
- 1 lime peel
- 200 g water
- 1 lime juiced
- 3 tbsp Fish Sause
Coconut rice
- 350 g jasmine rice, washed
Garnishs
- 600 g chicken fillet, cubed
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 Capsicum Julianne
- 1 Broccoli Head
- 100 g Green beans, trimmed
- 100 g bamboo shoot
- Some coriander leaves
Seasoning
- salt
- pepper

1. Rinse Jasmin rice in the basket
2. Put all the 'Green curry sauce' ingredients in the mixing bowl
3. Place Jasmin rice in the mixing bowl
4. Put chicken pieces on the Varoma tray and give some season with salt and pepper
5. Set 20mins/Varoma/Speed2
6. When timer left 5mins place all the vegetables in to Varoma dish
7. Check the chicken cooked or not, when chicken is ready it is done
8. Put chicken in the mixing bowl, mix with curry sauce
9. You can serve with everything in to the one plate or rice and curry seperate

Unfortunately this was a thermofail for me! The rice turned into a blob and the chicken and vege didn't cook properly. Possibly the rice absorbs too much of the liquid to adequately create enough steam for the varoma. Such a shame as it smelled fantastic
This was delicious - thank you for posting. I might try brown Jasmine rice next time as it was (a delicious) blob on the plate when I served it - my chicken needed an extra 15 minutes cooking.
